- Premium Publishing was set up in 2003 by Cresta Norris, a communications expert with 15 years' experience of working with blue-chip organisations
- Prior to going independent, Cresta was for seven years a director at the publisher HarperCollins (one of the world's largest publishers) and specialised in intellectual property rights. She was also Head of New Media Content at UKTV
- She has considerable journalistic experience working with ITV and the BBC, as a deputy commissioning editor for News and Current Affairs at Channel 4, and as a business consultant with Coopers and Lybrand (now PWC)
- She is a Sloan Fellow of the London Business School and has a BA Hons from Bristol University
